"from Russia with love"

Good morning all

In general the weather in Alphen aan den rijn varies from a little bit of sunshine, to rain, to freezing cold but this weather is good for the flowers that will be used for the annual flower parade on the 27th of April, 2012.
This picture was taken in April, 2010 while we were on our way to the "keukenhof". The theme of 2010 was countries. I took this picture by accident, can you see the two water towers, with the rainbow colors on the background and this particular cart was Russia, with the title "from Russia with love. Isn't this a title of a James bond movie? or is this all a coincidence. The challenge for   Scrap Africa #3 rainbow  and that's why i picked this picture.

Here some clos-up
